Direct Primary Care Enrollment FAQs

Q: What’s the best way to find a primary care physician?
A: Most of our primary care doctors are accepting new patients, so you have plenty of options. Visit the Our Doctors page to learn more about our physicians. You can also schedule a 15-minute meet-and-greet to get better acquainted with one of our primary care doctors.

Q: Do I cancel my health insurance after I enroll?
A: No. Your health insurance is necessary to cover significant healthcare issues that fall outside the scope of primary care, such as hospitalizations or surgeries.

Q: How do your primary care memberships save me money?
A: Your primary care healthcare costs are covered under a flat monthly fee. This means no office visit fees, no copays, and no deductibles. We offer diagnostic tests and lab work at cost or for a significant discount, often for less than you’d pay with insurance.

Q: How do your primary care memberships save me time?
A: All of our members have their doctor’s personal cell phone number to call or text at any time. About half of the concerns that require an in-office visit with insurance-based medical practices may be handled remotely. And, when you are in our office, there’s rarely any waiting. You get plenty of unrushed time with your doctor whether in the office or by phone, text, email or secure portal messaging.

The other major membership perk is that we offer patients same-day or next-day appointments at our office or through virtual visit. Not only does this overcome the challenge of long wait times, but it also fosters better healthcare outcomes because we address issues in the earliest stages.
