As a member at ProPartners*, you may request an appointment by either of these methods:

  1. Simply CALL your doctor’s direct number during office hours (7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday – Friday) or

  2. CLICK to send a SECURE PORTAL MESSAGE with Subject: Appointments and "who, when and why" details to request your appointment. *** Your appointment has not been scheduled UNTIL YOU RECEIVE CONFIRMATION FROM OUR OFFICE STAFF.
